Description:

The Project is implemented by Tristar Engineering & Construction (Leader) and Abu Dhabi Salini Costruttori SPA Joint Venture. Package-B runs between the Sweihan Road and north of the Ajban Road, a total length of approximately 28km. The highway contains 4 lanes dual carriageway with 3 new major interchanges to be constructed.

Brief Scope:

North of Sweihan Road the alignment enters the existing Military City. An interchange (trumpet layout) is located at the junction with the E12 Extension (interchange no. 6). Moving north the road leaves the Military City and runs along the corridor containing the existing road. The road crosses under the overhead powerlines which will need to be raised. A new dumbbell interchange (no. 5) is to be constructed at the entrance to the Military City. North towards Ajban road, the alignment once again crosses under the overhead power lines. A new interchange (no. 4) is to be constructed on the Ajban road/ Again this will be a dumbbell interchange. The works include: Roadworks, Bridges, MSE Walls, Relocation of OHLs, Protection/Diversion of Existing Services, Electrical Substations, Street Lights, Feeder Pillars, LV/MV Cabling.

Description:

South Shamkha Development is an area situated approximately 12 km west of Abu Dhabi International Airport, and it comprises some 3,980 ha of previously undeveloped land allocated for the construction of 12,460 villas for UAE citizens, along with a central business district and various community facilities.

Brief Scope:

LOT2 of the Project comprises 80 km of arterial roads and 270 km of internal neighborhood roads, street lighting and signal lights, storm water system, potable water network, Potable water reservoir, 22kv power supply network and telecommunications, sewerage network with deep sewers, irrigation and firefighting network.

AL-MAKTOUM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - Storm Water Drainage and Sewerage System (Phase 1) - Remaining Areas

Description:

Package JXB1/INF/103B includes the construction of roads, infrastructure, completion of underpass, car parks, vehicles sheds, lightings, MV substations and feeder pillars, chilled water network, pumping stations, laying and termination of MV and HV cables, road markings, road signage, including testing and commissioning and associated works.

Brief Scope:

100 km Storm Water network, 57 km Sewerage network, 96 km Irrigation & Firefighting network, 70 km Water Supply network, 5 Storm Water & Sewerage Pump Stations, 6 Oil/Water Seperators, 32 kn Telecom network (civil only), 107 km MV cabling, 1312 Feeder Pillars, 30 Substations, 1969 Street Light Poles, 38 km street light cabling, 4 water retaining tructures/ponds, and 55 km internal roads.

AL-MAKTOUM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - Peripheral Road Extension - Roads & Infratsructure (JXB1/INF/061)

Description:

One arterial road “Peripheral Road Extension” extending from the limit of JXB1/INF/060 contract up to the Exhibition City and connecting with the Outer By-Pass Road and Jebel Ali Lehbab Road. It serves as the main access to the Aviation City, Heliport, Airshow facilities, Residential City, and Exhibition City (including earthworks, pavement, signing, marking, lighting, and telecommunication).

Brief Scope:

88 km Storm Water network, 9 km Sewerage network, 23 km Irrigation, 107 km MV cabling, 8 Feeder Pillars, 8 Substations, 519 Street Light Poles, 38 km street light cabling, 4 water retaining tructures/ponds, and 16 km peripheral/arterial roads.

AL-MAKTOUM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - Passenger Terminal Building Landside Roads and Infratsructure

Description:

The project consist of the construction of the car park serving the Passenger terminla Building at the Al-Maktoum International Airport inclusive of all car park management systems, monitoring systems, underground utilities including chilled water network, in addition to 2 buildings (Police Station & Car Rental buildings).

Brief Scope:

Includes the construction of passenger terminal building car park infrastructure, roads, vehicles sheds, lightings, MV/LV ducts, chilled water network, car park management system, security access system, structured cabling network, CCTVs, car rental and taxi station building, police station building, road markings, road signage, including testing and commissioning and associated works.
